We’re sorry to hear that you’re not satisfied with your order. We aim to make the return process as simple and hassle-free as possible.

Return Policy

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

  • Our warehouse is located in Asia, which may result in higher return shipping costs.

  • Typical return shipping costs range between USD 20–40.

We strongly recommend using a shipping method with Track & Trace, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments.

How to Return Your Product – 3 Simple Steps

Step 1: Contact Us

Send an email to info@selucy.com including your order number and the reason for the return. We will guide you through the next steps.

Step 2: Send Your Package

Once you receive instructions from us, ship the item(s) to the address we provide.

Important:

  • Use a shipping method with Track & Trace.

  • You are responsible for the return package until it reaches us.

  • We recommend a secure and trackable shipping method.

Step 3: Receive Your Refund

Once we receive the return package in good and undamaged condition, we will process your refund to your bank account within 14 business days.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
After 24 hours, the order is already being processed and can usually no longer be canceled.

Important Notes

  • The product must be returned in its original condition, including all tags, labels, and packaging.

  • The product must show no signs of use or wear.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that are used, damaged, or not returned in original condition.

  • All returns are sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.

  • If the return is due to customer-related reasons (e.g. incorrect order), the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
